Hotels and Conference Venue

Unless stated otherwise all rooms are double or twin bed rooms en suite (check this when you make a reservation), single occupancy prices being the same double.

All hotels have restaurants and bars.

All hotels are near to the river (5 minutes walk or closer) and the West End or the City. They are less than one mile walk from the venue and connect to the venue by a single bus journey to the Elephant and Castle.

Bookings by delegates must be made directly with the hotel of your choice quoting the reference numbers given below and delegates are also expected to pay their hotel bills directly including any advanced booking charges. Early bookings are essential as there are many other exhibitions and conferences in London in the week beginning 11 September 2005 and all available accommodation will get filled up.

CLAWAR 2005 has made provisional block reservations at these hotels for conference delegates. The number of rooms reserved at each hotel is limited. These block provisional reservations will be cancelled after 01 August 2005 to avoid the CLAWAR 2005 CONFERENCE having any liability for cancellation charges. Thus, to avoid any last minute disappointment please book your accommodation reservations well in advance and before 01 August 2005.
